Our hotel offers flexible 6, 12, and 24-hour stays. Choose the duration that works best for you — with no fixed check-in or check-out time.

To check in, guests must present original identification documents.

Foreign guests must present a passport (or another document required by law), as well as a migration card and visa, if required.

To confirm business trip expenses, the following documents can be provided:
1. Public Offer Agreement (available on the website)
2. Payment receipt

• If the booking was paid online by bank card, the receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
• If payment was made in cash or by bank card upon check-in, the receipt will be issued at the front desk.

4. Accommodation confirmation report (available upon request at the front desk upon check-out)

For payments made by a legal entity:
To confirm business trip expenses, the following documents are provided:

1. Public Offer Agreement or individual agreement
2. UPD (Universal Transfer Document, a Russian accounting document)

Yes! Check in whenever it’s convenient for you — our hotel has no fixed check-in or check-out time.

Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The hotel does not provide luggage delivery to guest rooms.

New parking rules came into effect on November 1, 2024.

Guests arriving by private car may drive to the hotel entrance to unload their luggage (for up to 15 minutes). After unloading, the car must be moved to a long-term parking area. Please inform the front desk upon arrival that you have arrived by car.

Please note: parking without notifying the hotel may result in additional charges based on airport parking rates. The hotel is not responsible for these charges.

These changes do not apply to guests arriving by taxi.

Yes, the hotel offers luggage storage.

Hotel guests can store their luggage free of charge during their stay. Guests not staying at the hotel can use luggage storage for 500 RUB per day per item of luggage.

Unfortunately, we do not accept guests traveling with pets, including small, well-trained, or hypoallergenic pets. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.

Yes, you can. Our café is open 24/7 and welcomes both hotel guests and visitors. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time of day.

Children under 7 can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Children aged 7 and older require an extra bed, which is available at an additional cost.
