Hotel Rules and Regulations

For Russian citizens

Check-in is available only upon presentation of an identity document required under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The following documents are accepted:

1. Russian passport or foreign travel passport for guests aged 14 and older.
2. USSR passport, until it is replaced with a Russian Federation passport within the legally established timeframe.
3. Birth certificate for children under 14 years old.

Guests aged 14 to 18 must provide:

• a Russian national passport or foreign travel passport;
• written consent from one of the parents for accommodation at the hotel;
• a copy of the parent’s passport.

4. A Russian identity document valid outside the Russian Federation for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.

For foreign citizens and stateless persons

Check-in is available only upon presentation of an identity document recognized under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The following documents are accepted:

1. Passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen.
2. A document issued by a foreign state and recognized under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person.
3. Temporary residence permit for a stateless person.
4. Residence permit for a stateless person.
5. Temporary identity document of a stateless person in the Russian Federation.

If a Russian citizen does not have any of the identity documents listed above, check-in may be completed upon presentation of a Russian driver's licence.

According to Government Resolution No. 1912 of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2025, check-in using other documents (including student IDs, passes, and similar documents) is not permitted.

An identity document must be presented for each guest, regardless of whether the guest shares a room with another person or stays separately.

Children under 7 years old can stay free of charge without an extra bed when sharing a bed with their parents.

Children aged 7 and older require an extra bed, which is available at an additional cost.

Children under 14 years old may stay only with their parents or an accompanying adult upon presentation of:

• written consent from one of the parents;
• a copy of the parent’s passport;
• the original birth certificate of the child.

Guests aged 14 to 18 must provide a Russian national passport or foreign travel passport, written consent from one of the parents for accommodation at the hotel, and a copy of the parent’s passport.

If a guest violates the agreed period of stay or the requirements of these hotel rules, the hotel administration reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay and ask the guest to leave the hotel. Any advance payment made for accommodation will not be refunded.

The hotel is not responsible for the safety of documents, money, valuables, or jewellery left in the room. Please take care of your personal belongings.

Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to check in.

Vacate the room upon expiration of the agreed stay period or upon request from the hotel administration.
If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the agreed period, they must notify the hotel administration no later than 2 hours before check-out time.

Guests must:

• treat hotel property with care;
• comply with fire safety regulations;
• maintain cleanliness and order.

If hotel property is lost or damaged, the guest must fully compensate the hotel for the damage caused.

Before leaving the room, guests must:

• close water taps;
• close windows;
• switch off lights and electrical appliances;
• lock the room.
